Thank you for considering Mel Maria Catholic Primary School for your child’s education. We understand that choosing a school for your child is one of the most important decisions you, as a parent, will ever make.

Here are the steps in our enrolment process:

1. Complete and submit the Application for Enrolment form, along with all supporting documents.
2. An invitation to an interview with the Principal, at the appropriate time, will be arranged.
3. Offer of a place.
4. Confirmation and payment of admission fee.
5. Student orientation.
6. You are ready to begin your journey as a Mel Maria student.

Enrolment Documentation

For an application to be lodged, the following documents are to be completed and returned to either school office in person or by email to enrolments@melmaria.wa.edu.au:

• Application for Enrolment Form
• Parish Priest Reference Form (PDF 451KB) (where applicable)
• Birth Certificate
• Baptism Certificate (if applicable)
• Immunisation Record and
• A $55 non-refundable application fee (see Application for Enrolment form for payment options).
