Dear Parents
On behalf of the Deputy Executive Director of Catholic Education, Mr Wayne Bull, I would like to announce that Mr Paul Hille has been appointed as Principal of Mel Maria Catholic Primary School, Attadale.
As you are aware, Paul has been Short-term Principal at Mel Maria since January 2021. Paul came to our school from his current substantive position of Principal at Infant Jesus School, Morley, a position he has held since 2016.
Between 2013 and 2016, Paul was seconded to the Catholic Education Office at Leederville, to the role of School Improvement Advisor. Prior to this Paul was the Principal at Notre Dame Catholic Primary School, Cloverdale, from 2009 to 2013, where he established a new school in the merging of Notre Dame School and Holy Name School.
From 1998 to 2009, Paul held the position of Principal at St Mary’s Catholic School, Kalgoorlie for four years, St Munchin’s Catholic School, Gosnells for four years, and at Our Lady’s Assumption School, Dianella for three years.
Paul will be taking up this substantive role on 1 January 2023. We congratulate Paul on his appointment and look forward to working with him in our school and community.
